Recruitment
Designed with a point of view.
A recruitment website has two audiences with different questions. Employers want to understand the search partner they may appoint. Candidates want to understand the opportunity and what happens next. Mandate Works starts with that distinction, giving executive search firms and specialist recruitment consultancies separate, clearly signposted journeys. The art direction is confident without being corporate theatre. Large, direct headlines establish the message; generous white space and fine rules keep detailed information readable. Electric-blue accents identify actions and active choices, while workplace and sector imagery bring the content back to the environments where people actually work. The restrained palette keeps attention on the brief, the service and the next decision. The language is equally specific. Instead of treating recruitment as a list of vacancies, the site discusses responsibilities, business context, confidentiality and the contribution a person will make. That gives a boutique practice room to explain its expertise before asking for an enquiry. It is especially suited to firms whose value lies in understanding a difficult appointment rather than processing a high volume of applications.
Inside the template.
The homepage’s What is changing? interaction lets visitors explore a leadership hire, a specialist role or a career move. Each choice introduces a different concern and a relevant next step. The sector interaction follows the same principle: industrial operations, consumer brands and professional services are explained through the work and decisions that matter in each setting. Interaction helps visitors recognise their situation rather than merely decorating the page. Employer content explains the available services and the search process, from agreeing a brief to preparing a transition. Candidate content covers reading the whole role, deciding whether to apply and discussing the context. CMS-backed index and detail layouts for opportunities, sectors, team and work make room for a fuller picture of the practice as its content grows. Commercially, the structure is intended to reduce uncertainty before the first conversation. Employers are directed towards a hiring brief, while candidates have a separate route to role information. The brief explains what to prepare and makes clear that a finished job description is not required. This can help the firm receive better-contextualised enquiries once its destination is configured. The live preview currently disables online enquiries: the buyer must connect and test their own destination before launch. Mandate Works is a presentation and enquiry foundation, not an ATS, candidate portal or CV-processing system.
Before you buy.
This is a website template, not recruitment software. No ATS, candidate accounts or CV-upload backend is included. Connect and test your form destination. Its five-collection structure requires a compatible Framer hosting plan.
